Versatilelock Standard Modular Vise

This is the vise to use for super-precision workholdings. Stronger, weighs less, clamps up on your part with less effort than even the Kurt II vise.

Applications:

• Conventional mounting on either side and on end with the use of available mounting plate. Produces an inexpensive tombstone fixture.
• Get 0.0005″ repeatable clamping accuracy up to 6,356 lbs. clamping force from the world’s most versatile vise.
• Thrust bearing assembly behind collar delivers high clamping force with less effort.

Features:

• Modular designed components for fast, easy change-over to other versatile lock models.
• Integral coolant slot for tool room use. Will not interfere with side mounting.
• Body height matched to within 0.001″.
• Cast in finger slot for easy handling in the stationary jaw.
• High precision vise design. Utilizes Kurt Anglock, pull-type and I-beam body designs inductile iron construction. Produces the most rigid, immobile part clamping available in a conventional vise.
